                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE 
                   AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($1,000.00) TO THE ALABAMA GREAT SOUTHERN 
                   RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF 
                   PROPERTY NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 
                   THE ROSS'S LANDING CSO FACILITY.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       payment in the amount of $1,000.00 to the Alabama Great Southern 
       Railroad Company for the purchase of property necessary for the 
       construction of the Ross's Landing CSO Facility.
